Told the waitress the french toast was burnt and she did nothing because I did eat 2 pieces that wasn't burnt. Do better Cracker... Barrel. So called manager was too lazy to come to the register. I thought I would give this particular restaurant ONE more tryand was highly unsatisfied. Oh and stop giving white strawberries. Read more

Tried the hashbrown casserole skillet. The steak was tender and well seasoned. Will definitely get again.

First and last time that order food for pickup, been waiting for more than 40 min while my food was ready at the desk I asked... several times if that was my food and every single time instead of check the name, the young lady at the front kept telling methat isn't my order because the kitchen is too busy, after the 40 min another staff member hand it over to me saying, yes thisis your order ( which was already cold). Need to put more attention to the costumers isnted of hanging around. (No silverware either ) Read more

We showed up around the end of breakfast time. There was a short wait, but not much. The hostess was very efficient with her... jobs and she got us to our table shortly. The waitress Lizzie took our drink order and returned shortly to get our meal orders.She was a bundle of energy and efficiency. I had sirloin tips, hash browns with cheese, hot biscuits with jelly and butter, and cooked apple slices. I gave my wife the eggs to go along with her pancakes. We were both quite full and satisfied. Quality of food for our visit was 4-5 stars, issues we had were with lackluster service. +20 minutes to wait for a table,... completely understandable in today's short-staffed world. +20 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone once seated. Serversoccasionally walked by to take care of other tables nearby. The person who turned out to be our server must have passed by usfour times without a greeting or to let us know we'll be with in a few minutes. Placed drink and food order at this time. +10minutes our drinks and napkins arrived. +30 minutes our server disappeared into kitchen while we sat with empty drinks. Had toask another server to prompt our server to check on us. +3-5 minutes our server arrives with biscuits and gravy and asks whatwe are drinking for refills. States our food will be out soon. +3 minutes drink refills arrive. +5 minutes food arrives. Weasked for silverware, butter and more gravy for biscuits and chicken. Server remained visible while sweeping floor andstraightening tables. Noticed she was talking on the phone using earbuds while working in earshot of us complaining aboutsomething. +25 minutes I'm out of drink again and server appears with check and asks about to go boxes and drinks. I don'tknow what our server was up to while MIA taking care of her tables. Others around us seemed to be unnecessarily waiting onvarious needs as well. Overall food was good and other servers seemed to be much more attentive to customers needs. Guess wewere unlucky enough to be sat where we were. Read more

I attempted to call in an order for over 10 minutes. The front clerk(Ashley) answered and told me she needed to transfer me to... the kitchen to place the ?to-go? order. She transferred me and the phone just continued to ring with no answer. I arrived at therestaurant and walked inside to see if they were busy. The restaurant was almost empty of customers. I have included a picture.I could hear my call ringing behind Ashley (the front clerk). I advised her that the kitchen never answered and that was meringing the phone for the past 5 minutes. She got on her walkie talkie and said someone needs to answer the phone for the?to-go? order immediately. Someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up without saying a word!!! I told Ashley I neededto speak to a manager. She called Bailey (manager) to the front. Bailey took my order and I received my small plate around 30minutes later. It took over 40 minutes to get my to go order. This was a horrible experience. Read more

First and foremost change was thrown into my hand as if I had cooties. Then waited over an hour for a to go order after checking... on the order about 3 times and was told by the cashier after tired of waiting that they ?must?ve? forgot to call our order andshe kind of smirked as she said it.
