Oh my oh so yummy! Anytime we drive through the Trussville area we always stop by Edgar's... mostly for the strawberry cake... which is divine. This time we also grabbed a couple of croissants and they were huge, flaky, and absolutely mouth watering good.If you're in the area you need to go get something yummy from there. Read more

My first experience, I ordered a cake, it was not the one that was supposedly been on picture, that was disappointed, they... credit me a $10.00 gift card, glad it wasn't represented in front of many guest to show. Now, just recently, my husbandpurchase inside the store 2 slices of cake and a cinnamon roll and orange roll to bring to me for my birthday surprise. Well, Isaid Oops what is this, he said I know. He ask them at the counter about it and they just looked at him, with a weirdunconcerned face, and didn't or say anything. But, he still purchase all items. I told him I wouldn't have; it seems likeeverything had shrunk for as making for as ingredients. Yes, the slices aren't like it was about 5 years ago, and oh my therolls look like biscuits. I would give them a 0 on scale for as taste, look, and price! But he tried. Like some of the otherreviews stated, skills and customer service could use help in that department. The business is great there (especially in AM), I'm glad for the area. But, to keep that image up, you need to continue when you first open, now the quality and prices makea difference. I will travel further if it's worth it. Overall I'll give a 3 star. Read more

Love Edgar's Bakery! Nice open, airy casual atmosphere. The food is so good and everything is fresh. I love their Signature... Chicken Salad on a croissant with fresh fruit. Service is fast and friendly. The desserts are sinfully delicious! A great placeto have lunch with friends. They don't rush you out so you can sit and visit awhile. Read more

First time visitor and I was impressed. Coffee shop type menu with bakery offerings. The sweet rolls of all types, honey pecan,... orange roll, cinnamon buns were exquisite. They had a wide range of other bakery items like cakes and cookies that lookedwonderful. We had breakfast and the food was uniformly excellent and well presented. In a departure from the usual standard ofservice at similar places, they brought the food to your table and asked if you needed anything else. Were most pleasant, politeand helpful. We will definitely be returning on our next visit. A great experience. Read more

I love Edgar's bakery! I have too many favorites to decide on just one. The cakes are always beautiful and delicious and I... always get service with a smile! I've visited several Edgar's locations and have loved them all. In addition to great cakes andcookies, I also like their sandwiches and salads. Their pimento cheese is one of my faves, too! Read more
