This was Jack's in Argo and my order was incorrect and there was no one n line or in the store. I repeated my order multiple... times and she asked multiple times for me to repeat it and she still couldn't get it correct. She was too busy on her phone andflirting w a male coworker. I have no problem w having fun while working but do your job. It's not Normally like this at mostJack's I've been to an I don't plan on returning to this one in the near future. I was still kind and didn't loose my temper nanyway but if I do return and she is working I will not be ordering. Came in around 7am. Bathrooms were awful! Trash overflowing. Dining area could have been cleaned better as well. They were not... busy so someone could have done some wiping down. Food was good but not as good as I've had at other Jacks. Eggs were watery. Iwill definitely try to avoid this Jack's when I'm in this area again! Read more
When Jack's first opened they were outstanding, but not like a lot of other places it's not always a winner. The food didn't... even taste like it has in the past. My chicken was tough and the frys were not very good. The biscuit was the best part. Read more
Had to stop to grab food. Thought it was a Jack in the Box lol and was hoping for tacos.... and turns out it a fried chicken and... burger place. Got the chicken tenders... not bad, but lots of breading. Worked out in a pinch! Read more
Drive through is more important than people who park and come in. Got our food 21 minutes after ordered and 10 plus cars went... through drive through. Then went to leave and all of our order was not in bag. Read more
I enjoy the food at Jack's,but this location is in disrepair and dirty. The men's bathroom especially.
Stopped by drive-thru to grab a quick bite for me and a couple of friends. Checked orders before I left luckily as one order was... not correct. Went in to let them know and manager corrected immediately without hesitate. Food was fresh & hot. Read more
I don't know why I keep trying to order well-done fries - as usual, they were cold and barely cooked.
