Painfully slow. When a customer pointed out that an elderly couple had been waiting 15 minutes too have their order taken the... manager (Anastasia) actually told them it was a privilege for them too actually even be in the dining room. ???? There is no crew training program they just stick you on a position and here you go. Proof well I purchaseda deluxe breakfast, sausage biscuit, coffee, large iced coffee and only paid $5.02 dollars poor employee was at a loss reallydidn't know what was going on.
