This place is horrible. Out of Town and those that work their apparently hate you if you are Caucasian... had some food made and... sat there for 20 min and the two other males of the opposite color refused to make the rest of the order...same for othercustomers... got a refund and left ... next exit down that McD was fine... those 2 males should fired!!! I spent 35 minutes in the parking lot waiting on a mobile order. Went inside to be ignored for 10 minutes finally after the 5th... time I tried to get the attention of any employee, the manager reluctantly acknowledge my presence. I explained that I had amobile order. I was checking the status of and she told me they had no mobile orders. I showed her my receipt the order andorder number and she began to get my food. She was extremely rude, not a single employee of the 10 or 15 there acknowledged anyof the patrons inside the restaurant, and when I asked for my drink, she told me I could get them myself. I had ordered applejuice and waters so I couldnt have gotten them myself. However, she refused to acknowledge me again, and I could not get theattention of any other employees. Ive never seen such terrible customer service for such a nasty restaurant all my life. Ihonestly wish I wouldve just gotten a refund but I know she wouldve been reluctant to do so or help me any further didnt eveneat the food because of how disgusting this restaurant was. Read more
Horrible. The lobby was closed at 4 o'clock. I placed an order on the McDonald's app. I Part in a pick Up location. The app... told me to enter to the store which was closed. I then got in the drive-through. At the drive-through Speaker I told theassociate associate my pick up number. That took forever Nothing happened I drove to the window they did not understand the appprocess. He sent me to the next window. They told me I had to get the app scanned at the 1st window. No one apologized saidanything about about it taking so long they were just rude and handed me the bag of food and said here you go . At 4:30 lobbyclosed an a Sunday. Only one drive through lane open and not responding to their on pickup app. Horrible. Read more
They ignored everyone but drive thru. I stopped for a mobile app order with curbside pickup and waited 20+ minutes from check-in... and still had no food while the drive thru line served 30 or so cats that arrived after us. I went inside to pick it up andwhile I waited for someone to help inside 3 people waiting in line inside left for not being served. Then when I finally got thefood there was no apology for the wait or even acknowledgement that I had been waiting excessively. Won't come back, Last 3 visits was the same. Rude staff with no manners Especially manager or shift leader. Empty store and... yet Virtually ignored myself and 2 Other inside customers as they serviced about 14 drive thru orders.20 + minutes to get asimple #1 combo. Read more
My meal was completely ruined. I asked for something and got something completely different. I guess it wasn?t enough because... they gave me a Big Mac with one patty on it. Terrible service. This store closes one to two hours early most nights. The main lights are turned off but the employee's are inside the store or... out in the parking lot playing around. I have sat in the drive through with several other vehicles only to be told late they hadmachine issues and were closing. Wendy's next door gets most of Mac D drive off traffic. Pics were at 820pm. Contacting customer service. Order was accepted from door dash but didn?t tell recipient or DoorDash they closed. My daughter... had to call and Manager said she had to send all her staff home because they were ?disrespectful? so I guess the solution is tolose money by closing the store at 9 pm. Told me to have a nice day when I told her that absolutely unacceptable, told me to?have a blessed day? and asked if I could run the store, funny thing is I actually could being a pass general manager.
