Didn't have menu items that I actually went to try but it is/was a new product and the drive thru lady was very nice to explain... why, take responsibility, and move forward without being anything but nice! She saved this review for sure. I always like thefood! #doublestacksrule!! Read more

Nothing wrong with the food. Just this whole restaurant just needs to be refurbished. The carpet looks old, only one soda... machine, order menu is old, seating arrangements looks like they need to be replaced, restroom is working with a hand dryer (nopaper towels), some of the walls is cracked, and few employees on hand. Wow. Where do I begin? I feel awful for the daytime staff, because they actually do their jobs. I don?t know who manages this... place at night, but the service is nothing short of shameful. The orders are wrong. The workers get cussed out and berated bymanagement, so why would they have any incentive to perform their job well? Not to mention, they don?t get paid a great dealanyway. The managers at this location are AWFUL. The owner of this location is AWFUL. The drive thru is slow, inaccurate, andoften times claims to be missing food you wish to order. These problems STINK of a greedy manager who cares little about hisemployees and less about his customers. From now on, I will be taking my business to another wendy?s. The manager needs to befired and the owner needs to sell his business if he?s going to run it into the ground. Read more

Yesterday morning, drive thru lady had nothing but attitude. Asked for water to drink, she rang up a combo instead of... individually and charged for a drink, when I questioned her about it, the attitude showed up, and she told me it would've beenthe same price....not true and the potatoes were COLD....will not go there again if she is in the drive thru. Food and speed of service was good but the girl in drive thru needs to lose the attitude. I was a fast food manager for Hardee's... a long time ago and I am speaking from the heart when I say I have done your job and I know what types of attitudes come thruthe drive thru. This girl that waited on me has probably met everyone of them, but still try to smile and thank God for each ofthem. Read more

I didn't really have a problem 8 or so months ago despite the long wait times in the drive-through. The manager was nice enough... and I generally had no issues going here. I hadn't been in a while, but I had driven by this Wendy's many times on my way homeand it was always deserted during peak hours within the last several months; both the parking lot and the drive-through. Iwondered why. Well, I've tried to go by twice in the last 5 days and each time I sat for several minutes before even beingacknowledged and both times the woman manning the drive-through had an incredibly rude tone and apparently can't understandplain English. Without even letting me finish asking for a single menu item she abruptly interrupted me. I just drove away,because judging by the attitude of the employees I don't trust them to prepare my food nor do I want to gamble my money on thehigh likelihood of getting an incorrect (and probably tampered with) order. This place has to be hemmorhaging customers andmoney right now and it needs a major change in ownership and/or management. I drove a little bit up the street to Arby's andgot prompt and friendly service there with zero issues. It's inexcusable to have such terrible customer service, especially whenthere are dozens of other options a stone's throw away. Read more

Soda was lacking any carbonation. Even worse, the staff knew they were out and did not tell the customers unless they... complained. I was told they were out and would have to refu d me. I ordered 2 frosties was given 3 but charged for 4. Attention to detail is lacking and disregard for the customer simple request is not acceptable Read more

I had to go with three stars with this one. I'll start with the 2 negatives... Price, my hamburger meal cost $9.45. Portion, if... I'm paying $10 for a fast food meal I want large fries and a large drink, however this $10 combo came with small fries and smalldrink with a small hamburger. Middle of the road star, would be the french fries. Wendy's has been advertising their new frenchfries and they were... okay... In my opinion they needed more seasoning and to be cooked longer but they were definitely warm.And the one positive, the hamburger was really good, unfortunately I could have eaten 2 for the size though.
