Very good flavors, but they DROWN food (except the wings ironically) in sauce. Sandwiches get soggy because of the amount of... sauce they add. The coleslaw was swimming in sauce (I thought they sent me soup at first) but it's delicious. It's priceycompared to other wing places, but worth a try. Read more
Phenomenal food and great service! When this place first opened order times were long. Took me a few months to give them a... second chance, but I am glad I did! Service was fast and friendly tonight. They got my order exactly right (I order lots ofextra ranch lol). Wings are good size, which is hard to come by with today's food service challenges. Wings and fries were bothstill fresh and crispy even after the car ride home! Sauces and rubs are outstanding (try the mango habanero wings and thewaffle fries with dirty rub). Only good thing was the fries and customer service. The wings are TINY!! I think chicken feet would have filled me up more. ... $22 for a 12 wing combo, and I?m still hungry. Gonna be hard to get me to go back. Read more
There was only 1 person working, and she was exceptional. She was patience knowledgeable, and alert. She got our orders correct... while volunteering info that would save us money. The place was clean; it is somewhat a small space, it does have a restroom,and also outdoor benches to sit and eat. The food was ok (seasoning); the wings and chicken sandwich were cooked to perfectionthe seasoning used was a little different for my personal taste. Read more
UPDATE from 11/24 - been here a few times and I really like the shotgun sauce. BUT I went there today and ordered nuggets like I... always do and did not receive quality food like I would expect. The nuggets usually are chunks of fresh chicken. But today, mynuggets are round and I am struggling to find ANY chicken in them. They are more like a meatball then a nugget. Changing myrating down to 2 stars and probably won?t be back to this re. Also, I only saw two employees when I went there. Besides the?meatballs?, my food was soggy and not fresh. See photos of what I received today in my order. Did WIO really think they couldchange their nuggets and customers wouldn?t notice? Original: We have tried coming twice since they announced on Facebook thatthey were opening. The first time we tried to come, they weren?t technically open and offered free samples. We tried twodifferent flavors and they were delicious. We tried to order lunch today - online ordering was not available and when we triedto call a few times to place an order on the phone, no one answered and the phone memory was full. We decided to drive up andorder in person but everything we wanted to order they didn?t have - nuggets and a Nashville chicken chicken sandwich. We endedup leaving without anything. I've gotten takeout a few times from this location. It was average and overpriced, but convenient to pick up on the way home... after a late night at the office. I will absolutely not be back after my last visit. I ordered our usual-two 10-piece nuggs(boneless wings) with fries and bleu cheese. These nuggs have always been all white meat chicken breast, but this time Ireceived what initially looked like hushpuppies. Pulling one apart revealed a fried ball of greyish processed meat (?) similarto what I remember chicken mcnuggets were made of. I haven't had chicken mcnuggets in 20+ years, but I remember that disgustingspongy texture. I returned to the store and asked for my money back, but was told I could not get a refund. They said that theywere out of the usual nuggs and asked if I wanted something else, but why would I want more of what I was returning? I refuse topay over $30 for 20 chicken mcnuggets and fries. They kept my money and the trash I returned. Instead of leaving with nothing, Idecided to consider that $34.24 spent on this review in the hopes that I could save at least one person the hassle anddisappointment I experienced. Read more
