Food was good, but the store was dirty. The handles on the entry doors were very dirty. The woman's bathroom was gross. Smelled... and had visable human waste on the seats. I used the bathroom after we ate. Just about made me lose my cookies. Read more
Went thru drive thru got park, 15 mins later I go in and ask for my qtb/c because the meat needed to be cooked fresh, holy cow,... I'm not going be a giant B but they cleared me off the screen and left the big white truck sitting out there... The slowest McDonalds in the world. We waited 15 minutes for two takeout meals when there literally wasn?t a single other... customer. I feel like you have to TRY to be that slow. Read more
If there are public bathrooms more widely used in Sierra County, I don't want to know where they are or what they look like.... Rarely pristine, but almost always better than halfway decent. Well done under the circumstances. The food? It's McDonald's andeverything you like about it. Sometimes will find things on the menu here you won't find most places because corporate testsitems out here, so worth scanning the menu before just blindly ordering your favorite. The touchscreens for ordering are theopposite of the bathrooms. Sketchy as to their cleanliness. Eeeee. Read more
My granddaughter and I stayed at TRC for a couple 9f days. Our first morning we came to McDonald's and it was fun)l of people... waiting for their food. A customer asked for a manager and lady said she was the Manager he complained it took 20mins to get hisfood she got rude with him and told him I'll just refund your money and waled away. I expected to hear an apology. Also when wesat down we noticed flies, many flies and a stench. After getting our food there were some items missing went back to ask forthem and then walked out. The worst. My daughter and I went in for breakfast on our way to Arizona. They opened late. This place was covered n dead... flies. On the floor and tables. Had live bugs in the womens bathroom. Spent 20 dollars and couldn't even eat the food. Itlooked like the closing crew didn't do their job and the morning crew didn't care enough. When we come back through on our wayhome we will definitely NOT stop. Read more
My friend and I went through the drive thru two mornings in a row. My friend got breakfast meals. I got a hash brown both days.... The first day the hash browns were good, but the second day they were great! Food here has gotten really pricey. Not reallyinexpensive to eat here anymore. Workers were nice enough. "Manager" with black hair (she wouldn't tell me her name) got my order wrong and them cursed because I asked about the rest of... my order. Bathrooms were nasty. Lobby was dirty and unkept. Service was slow, wrong and rude. Sonic is down the street I willnever eat at this McDonalds again. If they don't like their jobs then they should do something else. That "manager" should besniffing luggage at the airport since she is a B#%$H!!! Read more
