Racial profiling! I can?t believe I have to write about this. Apparently their ice machine was broken and apologized about it... which is understandable as it happens. It was only then we witnessed them handing out a cup of ice to certain individuals of acertain race. We asked for ice as we saw 2 separate individuals receive ice from the front counter, lo and behold they refusedto give us ice claiming they don?t have any. They refused to hand out cold bottles Pepsi as well.. who wants warm pop?! Thefront counter was rude and unprofessional! DO NOT EAT HERE. Read more
My husband ordered a box meal and asked for a spicy mayo on the side (obviously we'd pay for it). The Indian student working the... till said we don't give it to customers anymore and then proceeded to say you have to pay for it. My husband said, yea I'll payfor it. He added a regular mayo to the bill instead. I said to them that's not what we paid for and the other Indian studentworking there said we don't give it anymore. I asked "since when?" Since we always order it. And he said "yesterday". That wasthe most rude cocky response I've ever received for a legitimate question. KFC's customer service had gotten so bad! Read more
Very disappointing. Never go to this store again. They don?t make fresh food. I ordered 6 piece chicken bucket and fries.... Chicken is soo old and not crispy. Fries are too soggy. Worst KFC ever. Not recommended. Their food is so unhealthy forcustomers and their customer service is zero. Read more

So rude behaviour by the cashier(i think name amrit) and the food maker ....ordered chicken piece combos...and one of them was... even not touched by me but I tasted from husband?s combo and it was not even fresh one and fries were just warmed up. I go tothem I understand the covid situation but what about u guys giving the old food and just warming up. Thats not fair anyway. Itwas the worst service I ever had. Read more
Located at the Food Fair at Tsawwassen Mills this KFC is one of the best around the area! Chicken were freshly prepared, still... crispy on the outside and tender inside! My 8 pc consist of legs & thighs but the staff was very kind to give me a piece ofwhite meat as I have requested! Read more
