Not your regular Tim Hortons. Customer service is unfriendly and understaffed. During 2 visits in a row the bathrooms were... closed. Mom asked how long and their response was jumbled nonsense about sanitization. I asked when will the bathroom be readyand she says tomorrow. We used the bathrooms anyways and there was nothing wrong them. I was surprised to see the same staffwith the exact issue on next visit. This place needs a do over.... Read more

I?m already used to of having horrible service in general at Tim Hortons locations - not sure what exactly is the main reason... for this - lack of general training or following up on continuous services providing, but I?d say with full confidence thislocation messes up 8 out 10 orders.. and when asked to fix, there is common lack of apology or curtesy. The slowest Tim's I've ever been to. I could probably prepare my order twice as fast as the staff. Currently on minute 13... waiting for my sandwich. If it was a one time problem, whatever. But this is consistent. Read more
I thought I would rate since I read some of the other reviews & thought the store was better than it?s being rated. There were 2... people working & one was the owner or manager. They had a flow going and were still wiping down the outside tables. I had achicken bacon wrap which was very well made & my doughnuts were made fresh and personally brought out to my car (they were outof what I wanted due to a dozen being pulled in front of me). This is a nice and convenient store to visit. The staff are friendly and welcoming and they made the visit special for my 5... year old grandson. There is plenty of parking and lots of indoor seating. Read more
