I've yet to be given my food without having to wait for it outside the front of the building. I'm not sure what the problem... is....whether I order 2 things or 6.....I'm always told to drive to the front and wait for it. This happens even at 930 pm whenI'm the only customer! And...ALWAYS check your bag before leaving. There's almost always something missing. I have been toldnumerous times 'let us know next time you're here and we'll give it to you '... I've never bothered going back to collect myforgotten items. But, if I did...there'd be enough food to feed plenty! Read more
Terrible service, someone in front was getting a refund or something at the drive thru and wouldn?t leave and I was trapped in... the drive thru lane for 10 mins literally 10 mins and staff was rude and really dismissive like whatever (I was at the paymentwindow so I could see staff whole time) then after all that my order was wrong? burger was cold (obvs sat for 10 mins) andinstead of cheese was just a ton of mustard. Very much enjoy the Son of Baconator, cause it makes me feel healthier; I mean, least it's not THE Baconator lol. But drinks are... also why I go to fast food places, I love the drink fountains here. I get kinda upset that they're out of "my drink", Then Ifind something else that's really tasty that I would have never tried. The nuggets and strips are tasty here too. The reason for3 stars is this location is really inconstant. Last time I ordered nuggets I waited almost 20 mins, while someone else before meordered the same (No idea how long he was there, didn't see him order) and they made a batch after someone after me ordered thesame thing. Also had to ask for my drink cup after my food was made, while everyone after got theirs right away. Read more

Stopped into this location for a light dinner. I had ordered a summer berry salad and two frosty desserts. I received a salad... without dressing, and both frosty desserts were semi frozen. The frosty desserts came with soft-drink cup lids, and straws. WhenI asked the staff as to why the desserts were not frozen she said the machine had to be fixed. I asked the staff why I'm areceiving a straw without drinks ordered, and she commented they were out of supply. I'm not quite sure as to why they continueto try and sell items that aren't up to their company's standards, but hey, I'm not the franchise owner. Ordered 3 sandwich combo's and only got two sandwiches that were correct. I realized they forgot to give us some Guacamole on... the side for one of the sandwiches 3 woman on the 10am shift June/25/2022 proceeded to tell me they don't serve that sauce andyelled at me in the drive through saying I don't know their menu and they dont serve Guacamole and they didn't even know whatsmashed avocado was. The Manager came to the window and was saying the same thing about not serving Guacamole on the side. Whatfrustrated me the most was the rude look the manager gave me with total disregard for her position and lack of professionalismin a customer service business. After i mentioned southwest Avocado they automatically knew what i was talking about. Good luckto this restaurant location they definitely need a re class on customer service. Read more
