Took 25 minutes to get a stupid $10 salad when they weren?t even busy and wasted my entire lunch break.

A great place to eat! They have wonderful sandwiches that are made quick, so you get them fast after ordering. Also, their bread... is made fresh everyday and is the best sandwich bread I've ever had. I highly recommend everyone try this place! Read more
It does no good to phone in your order. You have to wait in the same line with people who haven?t ordered yet, delivery drivers... and online orders that have already paid. If you?re looking for a quick option so you can get back to work, this isn?t it.(Someone did catch that my sandwich wasn?t made right and fixed it before I left so that was good. ). Food good. Asked for a turkey bacon advocado sub. They gave it to me with lettuce. I sent it back. They through it in the garbage, then the... person making the sub got it out of the garbage picked the lettuce out of it and gave it back to me. I sent it back and askedfor my money back. I'm a sandwich person. I've been to many places. This place is in my top 3 sandwich shops. Seriously why would you go anywhere... else for a cold sandwich. I think they're cold sandwiches here are amazing. I have not tried any of their hot sandwiches. But ifyou're just looking for a simple deli sandwich I recommend this place over any other cold sandwich shop. Read more

I absolutely love Big Town Hero sandwiches they are Simply the Best so fresh So Delicious!! I'm vegetarian and I have fabulous... options even vegans would have a nice option and of course for everyone enjoying meat there are some delicious meat sandwichesthere I've even had the meatball sandwich and I love it!!
