Food quality has been slowly declining over the past few months. Carl's is my favorite chain but this location has been... struggling with quality. I know staffing can be hard and wait times don't seam so to bad, but I wish they would spend a bit lesstime rushing out orders. I gotten wrong orders twice now. Read more
Made a large order for a group of friends and myself. I was expecting it to be somewhat complicated and as someone who has... worked in fast food before I knew it would cause a delay. I was very impressed with how Joseph handled my order himself and mademe and my friends feel very welcome. He got the order out quickly and effortlessly. I expected his performance thinking he was amanager but came to find out that he was a shift lead. If this is how he handles business then there needs to be 10 more of him!10/10 would come back to visit just for his service and friendly approach. I normally don?t leave reviews, but the experience I had here was too good not to share. I pulled into the drive through last... night not realizing they were about 15 minutes before closing, but the staff was still genuinely helpful and kind. Came right before closing and didn?t realize, but we were treated so well! After ordering and driving to the window, Joey... started to ask us about our day and was very nice and respectful. We told him that we felt bad for coming right at closing buthe assured us it was ok. Once our order was done (very quickly I might add) he wished us a good night.
