Went to this chipotle yesterday, there was one person making the burritos with a line of about 10 people behind me, and the kid... in front of me getting 4 burritos? and only one girl with makeup up to her eyebrows making all the food? one kid at the cashregister which looked like he rolled out of bed(left for break with a long line of people waiting too), and one kid making thefood they were out of? they were out of pinto, steak, carnitas, etc? I hate this chipotle because all the kids working therecould care less about their job and it shows horribly. Posted a picture of the burrito I got.. a huge slab of carnitas and thegirl didn?t care at all? not to mention, they are closed a lot because there?s a lack of staff and or other issues? Read more
Been to this location a few times and will not be coming back. Each visit was a huge disappointment. Came in for lunch the other... day they were out of: Pico, beans, lettuce and most protein choices. Lots of high School students working which is fine butthere is no management to help run things or order food supplies accordingly. Most of the time they are either out of things. Iwould recommend going to another Chipotle location. Read more
This used to be one of the best Chipotles but now it is one of the worst. Maybe it?s better when it?s actually open; the last... three times I?ve tried to go there it?s been closed. Doesn?t matter what time, 2:30, noon, 3:00 it?s just closed. Today at 12:30lunch rush hour on a Thursday: closed. A sign on the door saying ?we are closing early today? is not a sufficient reason. Worst experience (s) ever. It takes a lot for me to post a negative review because I?m such a foodie and give places multiple... chances before marking them low. Bowls are poorly made, workers never motivated, they open later than 12 on days they open atnoon (most days they?re closed even if Google says it?s open. You walk up to a sign on the door saying it?s closed) and Joyaritmade sure the whole lobby heard my card was declined even though it went through the second time she swiped it. Sass when askedto rerun it. Not the first sass encounter here and I wonder if their manager even knows how they are here. I can understand abad day but customers shouldn?t feel worse leaving than when they come in. Read more
Reliably, consistently good, especially for take out when I want something fresh but hot, and not skimpy, and not expensive!... Chipotle is a mainstay for me when I travel. Even though I'm not traveling that much right now, it's still a great source offast food which isn't junky, but fresh and delicious. Yes, I consider this to be fast food, but that which neither my wallet normy stomach ever have to regret. It was no different for this location in Tualatin. Read more
Why show that you're open online if you're just going to have a closed sign on the door? And after reading just about every... review, it seems like this location should consider new employees and new management. How does a location make money if you havea sign on the door for refunds when someone places an order when you're closed? Or when someone orders online and gets a refundbecause the food they got was total trash? Working in the service business is hard but also doing your job right is the bareminimum. And having updated hours online is a must. Read more
Always go to this one, ours are super irregular. Today I went there and was stoked they were open. I love chipotle because it?s... fresh and light but today was the total opposite. I never thought I would complain about getting too much but today they overdid it. I love spicy salsa but not two huge scoops of it dredging my bowl. Took two bites and I couldn?t even enjoy it, it?s amountain of fire lol. Just ask them next time to go light on the salsa cause my mouth is on fire lol. I know this picture looksgood but it?s literally salsa soup with a lettuce garnish. Lol first world problems but still sad? was really looking forwardto it. Now I gotta just toss it. This is by far the absolute worst Chipotle you can visit. Very long wait times, everything is always out of stock and the... counter where they prepare your food as well as the kitchen is always a complete mess. Steph has zero sense of urgency orcustomer service skills. Read more
