This food was horrible. We got nothing we asked for, both burgers were completely burnt, it gave me all the veggies I didn't... ask for. It was very cold, unsalted fries, watery drinks, no flavor. It's like they didn't even look at what we asked for. Myhusband asked for a chicken burger and got a black burnt hamburger Patti. So frustrated. Not to mention they are expensive. Read more
I would rate 0 stars if it were possible. As other's have mentioned, "Coco's Famous Hamburgers" is nothing but a Shari's... disguise. I have seen others say that Shari's is going out of business and I hope for everyone's sake that is true. My familyand I used to be Shari's loyalists for years. Then, seemingly out of the blue, the service started becoming worse and worse.First it was being ignored when we entered the establishment (at one point someone who had arrived after we did was seatedbefore us, too). Then it was the consistent poor service (i.e. orders were constantly wrong, food took over an hour to arrive...and then it was still wrong). The final straw was when we tried to use a gift card to pay for our meals and the woman behind theregister misread the charges. She thought the amount that had already been charged was the amount we still owed and she wassticking to it. The manager even backed her up. When we called corporate to complain, they basically responded with an "oh,well." None of this made any sense, either, because we had been dedicated customers for at least the majority of my life. Justgoes to show how much they value their cash sources. Now, the "Coco's Famous Hamburgers" I am reviewing is the one out ofRedmond. As it doesn't have it's own spot on Google, however, I'm leaving this here. I noticed one reviewer suggest thateveryone else ignore the negative accounts. That would be an easy enough task if the negative experiences didn't far outweighthe positive ones or if Shari's was worth even a fraction of the effort I'm putting into writing this review. Bottom line: Theservice at Shari's is poor; the staff don't care about you in the slightest; the food is mediocre at best, and; they're notabove pretending to be another business and lying in order to draw in more customers that they will proceed to mistreat. This is a Shari's front. Shari's is out of frozen breakfast ideas so they decided to open a "virtual kitchen" to sell their... frozen hamburgers. No choice matters here because all food is bland and straight out of an icebox. Greasy unseasoned frenchfries (they only serve a small handful so it doesn't matter much, other than the fact that you paid for them). Literally theentire nauseating Play-Doh cookie cutter burger came from the freezer and didn't even taste as good as a frozen microwavedinner. I'd say they were beating the dead horse of this franchise but I think that horse ended up on my plate. At least thehooves did. I'm pretty sure we all know Shari's is going out of business and this is their hail mary? Lying to us about whichdoore their rubber gelatin comes through? Got the Santa Fe burger because the sauce sounded delicious. I also ordered it with a chicken patty. When it came, there was no... avocado or sauce and it was beef.. I was very disappointed. It was still good but it would have been better with avo and thesauce. The sauce that I think really makes the burger! So I pretty much paid for just a regular hamburger with somejalapeños. If they didn't have the ingredients to make it, they should update their menu. Read more
I dont even know where to start with this... it took them an hour to make our order, the menu was not accurate in any way. We... ordered the "hang over burger" witch did not advertise having cheese in the picture or ingredients list but did have cheese, andthe chicken strips witch did not say included fries came witch fries so we ordered an extra side of fries for no reason. Thefries where completely bland with no flavor. You can tell the burgers are frozen burgeres (even tho they offer to cook it withpink as an option), they have no seasoning and taste horrible. To top everything off, right as I was saying that I wouldn't givea 1 star review without a bad experience from the staff, I bit into the burger and discovered I was biting into the wax paperfrom the cheese that wasn't even supposed to be on the burger because they just forgot to remove the wax paper. We love burgers, but these burgers tasted so bad that we couldn't eat them. These were the absolute worst burgers we have ever... had. They were dry and had a terrible seasoning. The ingredients were not balanced. For example, we asked for onions and got onering of onion. I asked for no pickles and they put pickles on it then took them off so there was still residual pickle on myburger. Another burger was supposed to be no cheese, but they had put cheese on it then taken it off so there was still residualcheese.. Clearly the hamburger patties were pre-made then frozen and not fresh beef. The fries were soggy. We had to eatsomething else for dinner. I hope other people are made aware because they should be warned not to waste their money. Read more
Can?t say I?d recommend this restaurant. Ordered a double cheeseburger which came with fries. The food arrived with a very small... portion of fries, as well as one of the burgers being undercooked. Really unsatisfied with this burger, especially with the $14price point. Read more
