Ignored by the staff. Walked in with my wife, only other customer was checking out. 2 people were working behind the counter... one of em said be with you in a second. The person checking out leaves, me and the wife standing by the ice cream waiting, bothemployees look at us and then go back to cleaning spoons. I walk up the the cash register to get their attention and some peoplewalk in behind us and one of the employees walks over to help them. Other one looks at us and then back to cleaningspoons. Staff was very disrespectful and rude. They were impolite in how they asked us to wear a mask, told us they?d serve us without... one, then ultimately asked us to leave because we we eating inside the store. The bathroom was also pretty gross. Read more
For starters, the interior of the establishment looked and felt like a cold stone replaced a pizza place or a subway. It had dim... lighting and the signage inside was not helpful. I felt rushed at the end of the night and the workers closed 3 minutes early.The ice cream is mediocre but with good service and a better interior, cold stone could have cold rocked. Good icecream. One of the staff members was a bit rude though, asked what I wanted (I have my 2 year old getting icecream as a... treat) I said the kind, he scoped it and put in the bowl with out asking if I wanted any mix ins... kinda the whole reason to gohere. My family and I first started going to Cold Stone Creamery years ago when they first opened in Colorado. As we?ve moved around... over the years we would find our ways back to one. The one thing I have found is that no matter where we would eat at one, theconsistency of quality and service has always been excellent. And that is certainly true of the Cold Stone at 7656 SW Nyberg Stin Tualatin. The service and ice cream are great. My favorite is Peanut Butter Cup Perfection and was wonderful here! This wasour first time at this location. Google Maps brought easily to the shopping center but it seems like the store?s sign is not toowell lit so it took a second to locate the storefront. Went here about ten minutes before close (I felt bad but I got off late and was craving ice cream) there was one person in front... of me and two people ended up coming in after me. But the two people working were happy and gave great service. I got a pint ofCookie Doughnt You Want Some. It was great. Thank you ice cream. Read more
