I ordered one (1) pizza for delivery at 5:30 this evening through the mobile app, and it didn't arrive until 8:30. Looking at... the other reviews, it appears that I'm lucky in this regard. It's just bizarre because the order tracker has said my order isbeing "quality checked" since 5:52, even now, after it's been delivered. The temperature of the pizza on arrival leads me tobelieve that it did in fact just sit on a counter for two-and-a-half hours. I called the store at about 7:30 and was kept onhold for half an hour until I gave up hope and Doordashed something else (which also arrived at 8:30, funnily enough). I think this is a money laundering front that a corporate location needs to look into. No visible employees, no one answers the... phone, and if you need to call about a wrong or stolen order, they found a way to bypass the phone system or insurance. Theyhave such limited hours for delivery it?s incredibly strange. They?re collecting money and not delivering. Read more
We usually won?t go to this location as we know Sherwood has a great pizza and this one is sub par. I was on way back home and... going right past this one, so decided to try again. Two large carry out pizzas and garlic knots. I had to double check orderbecause I thought I must have left off the sauce. Dry pizza with no tomato sauce, no garlic butter on crust. Barely any meat andveggies on the pizzas. Garlic knots barely had garlic butter. Worse than Little Caesar?s pizza. Won?t even try going to thislocation again. Go out of your way to Sherwood location if getting Domino?s. I?m not sure why there is such a difference inlocations of same company. Read more
Placed an order online for delivery but the original order wasn?t delivered to my address. Had to call as if I was ordering to... talk with a person at the store. Was told it was delivered per my instructions but the driver couldn?t remember what color chairor even what type of chair he put the delivery on. He said he knocked but my dog didn?t bark and he barks at a pine cone hittingthe porch. Finally got to talk with the manager and they sent another order out with a different driver. After watching the doton the tracker pull into a nearby church, come out and go the wrong way, turn around then drive past our apartment twice, I feltlike we had won the fricken lottery when we tracked the driver down to get our order. Nathaniel was over an hour late and refused to call the manager. And you can't even call the store. I will never place another... order ever again with this store and pizza hut is way better especially when it comes to their customer service and delivery. Read more
Bad store, did a online order and not even started 2 hours later. Tried to call to cancel and no one would answer the phone.... Will never order from dominos again. Plus looks like they can't even make a pizza since a chunk was missing and it was not evencut.. 36 bucks what a joke. Plus they found a way to make it bypass the dominos insurance feature so I can't even report aclaim. Stay away from this store, you have been warned . Read more
$10+ for this "sandwich." Did this get baked in an easy bake oven on high? Also, im missing some ingredients? Definitely not... enough protein in there for the price. Tracker said pizza was ready at 1:03. Pizza showed more than an hour later but first reported it as delivered and wasn?t here. ... He showed up 10 minutes later and asked is this the right one? I tried calling but no one ever answers. Not the first timethis has happened from this location so I guess lesson learned?won?t order from here again. Read more
