The customer is not always right. BUT they do need to be acknowledged. The current manager needs to learn this lesson. I have... gone here roughly once a week for 3 years. The service has, until now been exemplary. Today I ordered a pizza and asked thegreen peppers be substituted for Mushrooms. The manager, standing next to the person taking the order said it already comes withgreen peppers. I said, "i know i want to substitute green peppers for the mushrooms." The manager refused to acknowledge myorder and suggested i was too stupid to understand. I nearly walked out. she then told me that I would be barred from the storeif I didn't stop raising my voice. First time ever negative experience at Papa Murphy?s. Aren?t they known for coupons and honoring them? Well I?m on their text... thing and I got a coupon for an online order. Now I didn?t use the coupon online?but EVERY SINGLE TIME before this, the personthat takes my payment manually applies the coupon by taking it off at the end?even exactly 1 week ago. Not sure if I was dealingwith a little punk this time or if they actually will not do this anymore, but either way I?m writing this while waiting for apizza somewhere else that is 2x more. So I buy a Papa Murphy Pizza at least once every 10 days cuz I really like pizza. In about 10 days ago they made a mistake on my... pizza and that's not really that big of a deal considering when I called them and told them about the mistake they quickly gaveme a little card to get a new pizza of any kind that I wanted well I kind of like the same old Pizza that's just me. I reallylove the chicken bacon artichoke extra cheese extra chicken and when I brought home my free pizza I throw a little tomato on itfrom my garden. Thank you Papa Murphy's for making it right. My 1st time buying from a Papa Murphy's. I don't have kids. Nephews visiting and they have pizza & movie Tuesdays. The young... ladies working here were very courteous and helpful given I didn't know what I was doing. And they were nicely tolerant of thenephews who wanted to watch them work. Pizza is great. Unfortunately the online ordering doesn?t work with any special requests and the store blames the problem on... corporate. I can?t eat cheese. I really wish I could because it?s delicious and I?m ?that guy? when everyone wants pizza eventhough I?d rather not be. Anyway, I thought I?d be ok ordering a pizza without cheese for pickup and ordering online is so easy.So I did. And picked it up. And took it home to cook it. My niece put it on the oven so I didn?t realize it was covered incheese until she took it out. Then I called the store and was told that, basically, it?s not the store?s fault, it?s corporatesfault so they won?t fix it. But I could order another one. And pay for it myself. Even though it?s not my fault their onlineordering system is broken. I wouldn?t recommend this particular Papa Murphy?s. Their customer service is pretty terrible. The price of their pizzas without a coupon is too expensive. $16.50 for a large veggie (& a Macy's size large for sure). I... placed an online order for pickup and gave a tip. My pizza was waiting on the rack, but on the wrong style crust; I paid morefor regular (unbeknownst to me until I asked why my order cost more than prices posted) and they gave me thin and I ordered nomushrooms, but alas it had mushrooms aplenty. They offered to remake it. The next one was also started on a thin crust, so shehad to start over. Finally, the third try was my order. No offer for a coupon card or bread sticks or cookie dough.
