Four reasons not to order pizza from here again: 1 Deliver the pizza hot, not lukewarm. 2 Deliver what we ordered. We ordered... two identical Detroit style pies. The 2d pizza was missing the red sauce. Had anyone looked at it, this would be very clear. Seeorder 3220908210540001414038555 3 Deliver a consistent side sauce. The garlic sauce was flavorless, thin, and runny; why payextra for bland thin runny sauce? 4 Deliver on time. We were told 45-55 minutes; it was significantly later. Reported theseproblems online. The store was clean, the pizza was fantastic, the customer service was great. I was impressed. I have worked in fast food and... know what it takes to make that happen. They worked together and had happy customers. I love the tv monitor that lets you knowwhere your order is at in the process/stage. I have a but of a drive and my pizza stayed warm. One of the better pizza huts we have been to. Only 1 guy working solo and he didn't keep us waiting half as long as other pizza... huts with a full staff. Only downside here was they ran out of plates but that's okay. Would I come here again ? You betcha !!Food was top notch cooked just right and still got it hot even though I had a small wait. Go a little farther out of your way to get pizza from this location. They deserve it! The person who brought my pizza out was... not "friendly." So I can't say they deserve six stars. But the staff overall and the pizza quality deserve 5 stars. I had anunusual request for all the Pizza Hut locations in the area which they all denied. But they actually took time to serve me andthey didn't have a lack of kindness at any point during the phone call. You can truly find out the core goodness or lack thereof of any location by requiring a little more of their time than usual. If they go out of their way to serve you, and they arepolite the whole duration, you can say they are genuine. Read more
Pizza Hut in Tualatin is a good place to get some pizza. We went in to order carry out and the experience was nice. The cashier... was super kind and helpful and they had some good deals. We did the 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $5.99 each. The store wasreally clean as well. The only issue was the wait. Our pizzas took about 20 minutes to get to us, but that's probably just partif the process. Overall good experience! Read more
