I'm glad to see mediocrity never changes. It may look different inside and there are a few new trying-hard-to-be-upscale... burgers on the menu, but overall our burgers were... there. That's why we haven't eaten at RR in at least 10 years. Good service. Pineapple upside down milkshake was good. 10 cheese sticks were good. Small cinnamon sugar donuts had very little... cinnamon and sugar but the caramel dip was good. I honestly want this particular location to workout but I've tried this place five times throughout 2016 and I've just been left... disappointed. The most deterring thing about the place is the poor customer interaction. I've both recieved and witnessedemployees that both are angry toward coworkers and management but also just short, inflexible and contemptuous treatment ofguests. The food is rarely upto the standards. We ordered two burgers tonight, well-done and the picture below is one of them.She could not finish her meal because of how raw it is. The salad had no dressing on it, nor did it come with any. Theappetizers had only a few fried jalapeños and 2 pieces of fried zucchini for their "$7 dollar appetizers. Honestly, I'm donegoing to this location. If you want to go to a Red Robin, go to the Sherwood location. We've never had an issue there in the 6years we've been in the area. Read more
