Walked with my toddler to have breakfast only to find out diningroom isn't open til 11. Clearly had nobody in the drive-thru so... why not open? Guess walkers can't get breakfast. Can't get order right ever. Order 3441. Order was for a plain single.. got a cheese burger. Order a sw salad, had to... repeat several times.. never made it on the order.Order.. had to add at window... salad was a combo.. had to ask again for theice tea... large.. got a medium with the top not secure... didn't make it home. Had to ask for the frosty... omg... thisplace has the worst service. Salad tasted bad.. more bitter green then ever and wilted. I?m curious to know the revenue lost from walk in business. I?m sitting in the parking lot and in a matter of 10 minutes... watching the amount of people that left because of the doors being locked. It was at least 10-15 people. I understand thestaffing issues but this is literally the only fast food restaurant with locked doors. Firehouse is picking up all your walkins. Mine included. I was not waiting in the drive thru lane, not to mention the traffic issues it causes. Read more
