Go in to get my food. The cooks do not wear gloves. They are cooking and preparing food without gloves on. Saw one cook pick up... some chicken with his bare hands just nasty. This is a great experience. The wings are phenomenal, I love to tilapia and I love the gyro too. It's very convenient as it is... very close to my home. The service is also excellent and amazing. I met the owner and he is a wonderful man operating the spiritof excellence and made sure that I had an outstanding customer experience. I highly recommend this place. Read more

I think it?s SO lazy of the owner and staff to take the phone off the hook during the last 2 hours of operation. This location... at around this time will tell you that they are only doing wings and everything else on the menu is unavailable. So if you drivefrom Lawrenceville because online it says open until 10pm and you have a Philly on your mind you might as well skip thislocation because even tho it?s 8pm and it says they close at 10pm they only have wings for you. It?s the taking the phone offthe hook for me that prompted this review. Won?t be patronizing this location again. Ghetto! Read more

Okay the management really needs to retrain their employees on their customer service. Especially the female of Asian decent.... I?m going to stop going there on Friday evenings for the simple fact I know she?s working and twice I had unpleasant encounterswith her. Yesterday she was showing another employee how to work the TVs and she continued to point in the dining area wheremyself and other employees waited. When I went to get my fries that I sent back because there was a long hair wrapped up in them(no refund given). I told her ?as someone who has over ten years of customer service, I wanna give you some advice? use yourhand instead of pointing your finger. Especially with an area filled with people.? Her response was do you need ketchup? Thiswas my second encounter with her. My first encounter was a few weeks ago I placed a phone order and was told it would be readyin ten mins.. I get up there around 20 minutes later and my order isn?t ready nor was it in the system. I told them they need abetter system working if ppl call in an order and it?s not even entered so it?s not ready. She didn?t apologize and said well itwasn?t either of them? little girl ?? What a blessing on a hangover day. These wings and fries are always on point at this location. Extra crispy, 1/2 teriyaki and... 1/2 hot is sooo good with extra sauce on the side. The best. Read more

Premium burger was suggested but was poor at best. Large size but just a flat beef patty. Noticed smell from Patty half way thru... so threw the remainder of sandwich away. Generous amount of crispy fries. Won't go back. Read more
