I ordered via delivery and my experience was absolutely terrible. The wait time was extremely long. The communication from the... staff specifically Brian was absolutely terrible. When I inquired about my order he cut me off. He would not let me complete asentence. The customer service displayed by that employee was terrible. He continued to display horrible customer serviceskills during the entire duration of the conversation, and proceeded to speak to me in an informal tone. I am highly displeasedwith the customer service presented by the staff. If possible I would rate my experience as a negative 5. Read more
Our waitress was extremely nice and helpful, but my food was cold and the steak was very tough, and the broccoli was very salty... so i sent it back, and my birthday dessert was nothing like the picture, we spent over 50 dollars and got a 1.99 cent Brownieand a spoon of ice cream, NOT COOL ???????? I had fun here. Wished I could remember our server's name, he was fun and his service was impeccable.
I gave a one star because our server was very nice and he explained that the kitchen was underservices. My food was not good,... and my steak was not what I paid for. I ate in but also did a takeout and my side salad was not in my bag. I had an issue yearsago with hair in my food at this restaurant and I tried to give it another chance. I will not be returning. Food was good. But the menu and our table was dirty. The waitress Antionette was great! She had a table that kept calling her... for everything little thing(they got on my nerves) but she remained professional. The bartender with the multiple color hair(beautiful btw) can make some good drinks!! Read more
