I dined in at this location and found the service to be really poor. I ordered a bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup, and they gave me... a cup of it, had it corrected, and the soup had almost no chicken in it. Just a small amount of tiny pieces of chicken, andmostly noodles. First time I've ever been to a Chick-fil-A that lacked consistency. No pickles on the chicken sandwich. No cheese on the... sandwich that was charged for. Fries were mushy. The front counter staff were amazing and courteous. Seems to just be anopportunity for improvement with the kitchen staff. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident on a bad day. Read more
I was very disappointed tonight when I arrived at Chikfila for dinner. There were tables that had food left on them from the... previous guests, and those tables remained that way during my entire visit. Also most of the tables appeared dirty?. Meaningthey had not been proper cleaned and sanitized by the staff. In my opinion, this is not the first time this location has beenbelow the standards for Chikfila. I cleaned my own table with napkins and hand sanitizer from your dispenser. I hope this reviewwill assist in getting this location back to ?a clean and inviting? location to patronize. Read more
Time was of the essence and I had to grab something fast before my appointment. Although there were two long lines...no place... handles orders in such an efficient way like Chick-fil-a!! I had no doubt it wouldn't take long and my food would be preparedwith high standards and delicious! They didn't disappoint! Great job as always!! Read more
It was great as always. The staff outside makes it so easy. I can talk face to face instead of a mic. I got only ice cream for... my puppy and myself. And they were all happy. chikfila isn't afraid to hire plenty of employees and pay them well. moat fast food places hire the bare minimum amount of... people, and pay them the bare minimum. which is why McDonald's can't handle its drive thru late at night. the chik fil a menuhowever, isn't very healthy. actually there are plenty of healthier options than this place, even though they advertise in away that makes them seem healthy and progressive. it's still cheap food. I'm always impressed how quickly I get through theline here, and my order is always correct, even though they get long lines they keep the line moving awesome sauce minus onestar for being mostly unhealthy food, not a lot of healthy options. I have been eating at Chick-Fil-A for many years. Slowed down only because they started getting ultra busy and I don?t like... crowds. I have never eaten the macaroni and cheese however, an saw them while poking around on DoorDash. Ordered a chickensandwich, Mac and cheese and cookies and cream shake. Order arrived quickly, complete and correct, and packaged well fordelivery. The chicken sandwich (added cheese, lettuce and mayonnaise) was as tasty as I remembered it to be, the macaroni andcheese was excellent (creamy, with a hint of crust) and one of the better ones in north side of Atlanta. I love Chick-fil-A! But this is the slowest location that I have ever been to. I went twice before I wrote this review to see... if it was an off day, but it wasn?t. My food was cold but the service was nice and professional. Chick-fil-A has the systemdown to a science when it comes to drive through, but not this location. SMH. I?m in the line before 10:30, but because theyare so slow I didn?t get any breakfast because they ran out of breakfast. I will never come to this location again. Read more
