It was just barely 9 PM and they were not taking any new orders, but they we selling one's already done.... AT FULL PRICE! It... was cold, congealed and hard as a rock. The only way I knew it was pizza was by looking at it... NOTHING ELSE!! They alreadyserve frozen pizza, but now there's zero distinction. Service at this location has turn around 180°. I love going to this one in particular. Employee Alex always welcomes and greets... me with a smile and is very professional each time I'm there. My wife and kids always get and EMB Cheese, an EMB Pepperoni and a2 liter Pepsi. Thanks for your service with a smile at a fair price. #1 pizza spot in my neck of the woods. Read more
Went in to get the new 100 piece pepperoni pizza..... supposed to be ready 4 to 8 pm ...had to wait 13 minutes...and got it home... and opened it and it was no where near as good as the regular one....very space pepperoni....some pieces with only two onit....a waste of $10!!! The manager Janelle is very unpleasant and unprofessional, she doesn't know how to talk to people and will be reported for the... way she handled a mistake made on her staffs part. I received the wrong order, after being left on hold for 8 minutes andcalling back she asked me to drive back to the restaurant for a swap, when I declined and asked for any other options, sheproceeded to talk to me like I'm a kid,saying things like she's not playing games with me and talked over me, and then hung thephone up on me. I called back, she answered and immediately went right back into yelling over me, repeatedly saying theCorporate number and hung up again. Also at one point between the yelling she told me the mix up was my boyfriend's fault fornot checking the order, taking absolutely no accountability for the oversight. This lady is bad representation and needs to beheld accountable. CRAZY LIKE A FOX: The moment I saw the Crazy Calzony for sale I thought to myself, GENIUS! But then I thought, how good could it... really be? Yes.. it's a combination of cheese, pepperoni, parmesan, and garlic white sauce, all wrapped in a goldencalzone-like blanket. Throw in some marinara sauce, and that seems like a recipe for success. And when I took my first bite Irealized.. the hype is real! BOOM!! Ordered via the app, said would be ready in 26 minutes. Wasn't ready until an additional 38 minutes later. Finally got back to... the hotel with the pizzas and found they were uncooked with gooy crust underneath. Look at the photo, they were a mess! WorstLittle Caesar's we've experienced in our travels.
