Food showed up 2.5 hours after ordering. Order was missing a melt and 1 of my pizza's were incorrect. Felt robbed.

Driver left my pizza on my step, i kept checking the track link, didn't get a text that it was delivered. Brought the pizza in... my house, put it on my kitchen table, open it and a huge water bug crawls out......disgusted. Been on hold for 20 minutes tryingto call this location. This would not happen with DoorDash because you can track your order in real time.....still haven't foundthe water bug because it ran so fast ....so now i have a bug in my house and I'm out of $23 dollars...smh Read more

The girl at the counter took care of employees and did not even acknowledge me for several minutes. 2 lady's was working there... had a baby strapped to the front of her. Very unprofessional people that work in this Pizza Hut. Read more

Order here often and it is disappointing that no one can read the instructions on bring my pizza to the driver door! Also, you... need better time management on making pizza for pick up times. NOT like I have worked for pizza hut before as a driver. Let's dobetter and mop the front end of the store....gross! Nothing like my favorite specialty Pizza Hut pizzas after arriving home from a long trip out of the country. You are so ready... for your comfort food. I got a great deal and delivery directly from their app. It arrived hot and after midnight! I was sograteful I could still order shortly before 12am. Well here's one for the books. I'm sitting outside this pizza hUT lost and outof no where appears this angel named Me. Daisy. She offers me a fresh to order pizza of my choice at no charge. Mind you witha smile. As you all know I'm looking for Kirsty and Kayla my daughters. They gave me I think one of the best made pizzas I'dhad in quite a very long time. I left and I then went to Walmart with my gift card. Then to be honest I'm trying to get therewhere the kids are. Well Ms. Daisy again came to my aid her dad is a driver so she contacted him.
