Service was absolutely terrible. The waitress barely understood us, completely mixed up the order, and forgot multiple things.... She refilled a drink once then left. Twice we asked for refills, after we finally got her over, and she never brought them. Ittook over 10 minutes just to add one extra waffle. She went and sat down multiple times, just staring at her phone. Then theextra waffle was packed to go when we asked to eat it there as well. I waited five more minutes for a takeout container. We werethe only people there. Then when we went to pay, both very upset. She took his card, handed him the receipt to sign, and mademe wait to pay my half. She then proceeded to hover, looking directly at the receipt as he went to sign it. Just staring,watching what he wrote while I waited. Absolutely garbage service, rude, and then acted like we owed her a tip. Will never gothere again while she is working. The only good thing was the food, which was right when she actually told the cook the correctorder. He was very friendly, and even flagged me down and brought me the to-go container I forgot on the way out. One of onlytwo times in my life I wanted to leave no tip - yet she was so rude and in our faces I think I left 1 dollar. I'll never gothere again if she's working. I do love a good Waffle House waffle, and WH never disappoints! I had some eggs with sausage with my waffle and that was very... good also. Mine was a to-go order and it was still warm when I got it home. Atmosphere is what it is at WH. I'm not there for afancy brunch, just a good breakfast! Read more

We (3) got there around 1pm on Sunday. I was surprised at how busy they were and more people continued to arrive/wait. One... reason it took a while is because the waitresses had to do everything but cook (bus the table, wash the dishes used, setup tablefor next customers, take orders, deliver drinks & food, and also ring their customers up at the register). After observing allof the other servers, we were fortunate to have gotten the one who was the most efficient and was very nice! Read more
I?m not a poster, But this particular location?s customer service is awful. About 2 weeks ago, I went in on a Wednesday... afternoon. There were 3 customers and 3 employees. 2 of the customers were already eating. I wanted to make a takeout order. Iwas not acknowledged in any way, I tried to get the attention of someone but was ignored. I left after about 10 minutes and wentto a different nearby Waffle House and was greeted and helped normally. This morning, I chose to give this particular WaffleHouse another chance, not even thinking if my last experience there. I went in and was greeted right away. I was told that thecook was going to clean the grill after he finished cooking the 1 customer?s food that was waiting. I could however wait 20minutes or more for him to be ready to cook again. Now the grill must be cleaned I know, and I don?t find that unreasonable, butif it takes that long, and I?m the only person there, and the grill is still being cooked on, could he not just scramble 2 eggsBEFORE clean up?! Food is great! Staff is kind, friendly and cooks your order to your liking and not just a W H taught standard, where everybody... get the same cookie cutter dish!!! Definitely my New #1 and my favorite! Read more

We visited and there was one employee who was rude and displayed awful behavior. She snapped at us to sit down, as we entered,... and wait for her to clean the one available table. After 7 minutes of waiting and she still had not attempted to clean thetable, we finally just went over to sit down. She was preoccupied with talking with her Co workers, taking out the trash, andrestocking items/supplies. I then informed her that we were in a hurry and that made her slow down even more. I was with aclient in town and persuaded her to move to a seat at the counter. We moved to the counter and that's when Shameka decided toclean the table. Another waitress took our order and proceeded to get our drinks. Shameka then walked around speaking loudlyabout how no one was going to rush her and that patience was a virtue. She was trying to provoke us into a confrontation, butwho wants to argue with such a sad person. The Waffles were undercooked and doughy. I was embarrassed because I told my clientwho is relocating to Atlanta how I love this Atlanta institution. I was so confused because Shameka's number one task is toserve the customers.
