Unfortunately this place has lost their way to competent food making. I Showed up today at 5pm. No steak available. Isn?t it... dinner time now? Shouldn?t there be steak ready for dinner? I visited 08/31/2022 1pm It wasn?t too busy, restaurant was clean. The staff on this particular day was so friendly and... efficient! There is one lady, I wish I I got her name, she made our food and was so sweet, a great multitasker made our food anddoor dash orders at the same time. Food was great we will be back! Read more
They treat certain people different. Didn't feel friendly when I went in. Shorted me on my burrito any other Willy's in Atlanta... is good but you got some locations where the customer service is the best. I probably won't come back to this location. The employee Martin was VERY professional and polite. I could tell he really enjoys his job and it shows by the way he greets... and treats customers, I was very impressed...I can't forget Earl who was working the register, he too was verynice/professional...the food was great however, I will say the Salsa bar was a little dirty, and they were out of Salsa exceptone flavor, a frequent cleaning of that area would be more appealing as there was dried Salsa were customers spilled iteverywhere, I actually wiped it down w/napkins myself...Lastly, the food was good, presentation and they play great music, alittle loud but nice tunes were playing while I waited for service...Overall 5 stars, EXCELLENT Customer Service outshines thesmall issues. Tuesday was my first time at Willy?s Mexicana Grill and I must say that I was extremely satisfied and impressed. Based on the... comparable food chains such as Moe?s and Chipotle, I like their selections more. The soup was fantastic and I will definitelyvisit again. It is neat and people are friendly. Inconsistent food and service here. Salsa was sour. Rice was crunchy. Employees clearly did not want to be there.
