General manager Theresa is a horrible racist I have caught her talking in Spanish to her employees about myself and other... customers! Guess she doesn't think people who are not Hispanic can understand spanish !!! Me and my family go to this McDonald'sall the time and the only time I have problems is when she is there she has called me a liar, blamed me for McDonald's appissues, refused to accept valid coupons or offer any solutions to problems they cause through their negligence. I have reportedthem numerous time for serving expired food on back to back days even after it was brought to their attention. Read more
Drive thru OR dine in. Small dining room but they keep it clean. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is friendly. But the drive thru... lane is poorly designed, blocks off half of the parking lot when it's busy. And exit onto Rt 9 is right turn only (going north)So if you need to go South you have to go back around past the drive thru lane and use the other exit to Oak Ln. As for thefood... ew, it's McDonald's. They're all the same, this is no exception. Not very tasty or healthy but it's quick and easy tochew. their ice cream and sweet tea are alright though, and cheap too. Read more

I go to this location quite a bit and it seems like almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I get half full fries or my order hamburger RAW OR... WRONG.. Its frustrating!!! I usually come here quite often and it?s always a pleasant experience but lately it?s been declining. Last night I went and I... could tell something was off when the employee working the speaker box was getting short with me and mumbling into hismicrophone. He told me to go to the first window and just never showed up there. Several minutes passed with me just sittingthere wasting gas. Eventually a female worker knocked on the window and indicated to me to move to the second window and adifferent female employee was there. I told her I was instructed to go to the first window but no one ever showed up. Not surewhy the male employee would do that to me. I asked the female employee for the receipt because I definitely didn?t get it at thefirst window. She tells me to the ?guy? is going to get it for me. I look down at my phone and the next thing I know is areceipt being shoved in my face with no greeting whatsoever. I have no idea what I did wrong, I was only trying to follow hisinstructions earlier. I'm forced to revise my review, after I experienced something unacceptable during my last order. Ordered a special meal that... came with an item, was not met with any hesitation when I did. When I got my order, I was not given the item, and insteadcharged for a regular combo for the Big Mac meal. I have no problem with ordering a Big Mac, but it WASN'T what I ordered. HadI been told the item wasn't available and given the option, I would have chose another item rather than the overpriced combo. Iwon't throw anyone working under the bus because I'm no narc, but that's unacceptable and I'm dissapointed because I visit thislocation often. Read more

I believe this McDonald's is better than the closer one to me on rt72. However it can be very inconsistent with the food. One... day I'll go and it'll be fresh, 3 days later at the same time of day and it will be old and refried. One time I went at 10pm andthe large fries were barely full plus it was old and brown. It doesn't happen often but I'd like to see it stay more consistent. Read more
