Absolutely love this place. Everyone was friendly. Service was great and food was fantastic.
Can't say enough good things about our visit. We ordered cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, pork roll sandwich and fries with of... course rootbeer and birchbeer in icy mugs. Then had the swirl vanilla orange cones and a milkshake. All in all a great trip backin time with great service and great food. A must visit if you have not been! If I could give this place negative stars I would. The prices are ridiculous considering how disgusting their food is. I... literally felt sick after I had a few bite The place REEKED of BO, it was extremely disturbing and completely ruined my appetitein addition to the cafeteria style trays being dirty and smelly. Before my food was even put down, the waitress wanted to getpaid??? That?s not how restaurants work. DO NOT GO HERE. EVER. I wanted to like it, atmoshpere is great and packed in summer. So I thought it'd be good. But.. food is very average to below... average, burgers and hot dogs are much worse then say 5 guys'. Milk shakes are super overpriced. The staff while fast and politecannot get an order right for the life of them.. Literary you can order a coke but you'll get dr pepper, you can say cheese onburger but you won't get the cheese, etc. went there 4-5 times as again I wanted to like it but there is no point to continuethe pain Read more
Imagine my surprise when I thought I'd get a hotdog but then saw the huge menu! I ordered fish (cod) tacos and my husband... ordered pulled pork tacos. Each came with 3 tacos and really crispy fries. Reasonably priced too. The menu even offered lobsterrolls! We sat outside in a beautiful area with orange umbrellas looking over a small marina. Nice setting and it was abeautiful day. Impressive menu for such a small place. I had the California chicken cheese steak. It was great. The corn nuggets (one of the... many great sides on the menu) were tasty and something I hadn't had before. The sodas were delicious (I had a black cherry, myson had an orange and cream). Only small complaint was that we sat outside down by the water and we were forgotten down therefor about 10 minutes before someone finally came out. Service was fast and friendly after that. Had a yummy lobster roll, was very good and my husband liked his diet root beer. Cute place on the water. Boats can pull up and... eat at picnic tables below. The whole place has a fifties vibe. Read more
Food was not very good. We had a party of 9 and nobody was impressed. Shrimp and fries basket was so bland you couldn't tell if... it was a French fry or a piece of shrimp. Root beer floats were totally sad....they might want to try a new way of makingthem...even though they should be fool proof. Read more
