An employee by the name of Lynn was extremely rude and disrespectful while purchasing fuel for my vehicle. Never purchasing fuel... again from here if shes working and she was playing games not letting me get my card back as if I was a child. Really grumpy andoverall horrendous customer service. Everyone is great and helpful but in the morning they had two women working and they would rather talk and talk instead of... filling an order. They saw me waiting and had no other orders to fill and continued to just sit there and talk and not make whatI ordered. From what the other people told me this isn?t the first time I hope something is done I will not go back to that wawaagain because my time is valuable in the morning and these two women could care less about customers. Just wanted to say a million thanks to the manager Carrie for helping out with a situation I found myself in. Without details... she was very helpful and went far above and beyond what you would expect in today?s society. People like this are a true creditto what all people should be and what will make me continue to patronize wawa. Please take notice of her and try to hire morepeople like her. Maranda the Cashier at this wawa needs an attitude adjustment. She has on numerous occasions been nasty toward other employees... . I witnessed this myself as a customer and after doing a bit of questioning found it's a common theme with her. I love Wawa butone bad attitude can ruin a reputation. I spoke with the Manager working at the time about what I had just witnessed and sheseemed very unfazed and unconcerned about it all. Read more
