Had a Papa Burger it was pretty good. Burger was cooked fresh. The French fries could have been a little bit fresher and were... kind of salty. The service was fast and friendly. They're inside a gasoline station but the tables were clean. Read more
Food was okay. Root beer float is always great. The buns were unfortunately soggy. Normally I don't mind but with the inflation... driving the prices up, I don't think I got my money's worth. No hard feelings! ???? Read more
They served everybody else in front of us without delay. We get to the front and we're ignored. There were people behind the... registers, but they didn't even make eye contact. Not even the grace to say "well be right with you". We waited and waited. Itseems like the sort of place that was waiting for us to leave so they wouldn't have to serve us. Ended up buying protein barsand a pasta salad at the convenience store. It was clear A&W didn't want us there. Read more
The food itself tasted delicious however not one order of the 3 meals was filled correctly, even after waiting extra time for... that to be completed after messing it up the first time. Items were simply not given (ie the sides for the meals) ,the drinkswere supposed to be root beer floats but was just given plain root beer, and instead of a cod sandwich was given cod strips.They desperately need competent people to take orders and fill them. Great hot food but definitely missing the old school carhop days with the hotrods in Ontario CA. The food is really good my only... takeaway is I do not like cheese whiz but this is synonymous with the A&W brand. Read more
A&W is a piece of American history! The inventor of the double bacon cheese burger, draft root beer, root beer floats, and... cheese curds! This place has it all! The food is phenomenal and always made fresh! Nothing disappoints. The staff is kind, wellmannered, and provide excellent customer service. They also added a gift shop for some memorabilia too! Terrible, I ordered a 5 piece mini corn dogs, watched it be cooked then watched it sit there for 10 minutes while crew danced... and joked about not wanting to work. Finally I left no food no refund. Skip this place if not for prison guard lunch break theywould be gone and good riddance I say Read more
