Have eaten here several times during my business trips here. This time food and service were absolutely terrible. We were seated... and then had to wait 15 minutes until a server came. We all ordered the Friday Prime Rib special and waited another 30 minutesfor it to come out. When it did arrive everyone’s food was cold. I also had to stop eating and track the server down for adrink refill. I am tired of hearing excuses that it is all due to COVID. Time in the restaurant almost reached 2 hours somewaiting until walking out. Read more

Located inside of Hilton Tucson East. We were staying here and decided to try the food for dinner. Very nice environment. It was... pretty quiet all in all until the drinkers showed up. Then one of the bartenders and some patrons started yelling to each otherabout sports. The other bartender had a scowl on her face the entire time. Our waitress was awful. Couldn't hardly get her tocome by. She was always in the back of the restaurant or leaving. After dinner we even saw her outside. The food was prettygood. Mine was anyway. I ordered the pappardelle and short rib. The pasta noodles were very good. Not gummy, sticky, orovercooked. The cream sauce with the gorgonzola made a great combination! The meat was so tender. I did have to add a littlesalt, but it was very good. My husband ordered spaghetti with meatballs and a side salad. The champagne dressing was different, very light, but good. The spaghetti and meatballs were absolute trash! The meatballs were totally mushy and gross, as if theyhad been boiling and steaming then frozen and thawed out several times. The spaghetti and sauce definitely was not qualityeither. The noodles were very overcooked and mushy. I would not recommend ordering that. I would come back to try some of theother things on their menu. Hopefully the service would be better. Also expect to pay about $20 or more per person, notincluding drinks or tip. Read more

The place looks nice, but the food was a disappointment. 1st please salt the pasta water! 2nd, croutons are nice when made on... site, but they're supposed to be crunchy. 3rd, season the food. Overall, bland and overcooked. Read more

Bartenders were nice, fries were great! Beer was expensive $9 for one!! Spaghetti was cold not enough sauce, steak room temp,... but cooked right. Bar closed at 10pm but nice place to relax, except for kids and swimmers going to pool on same floor next tothe bar! Read more

Awesomely beautiful restaurant and bar. Upon arriving we were greeted and sat. Our waitress and bartender Shawn was above and... beyond with her kindness and soft spoken voice. She took our orders promptly and made my long Island splendidly. The food wasdelicious and brought out quickly. 10/10 recommend Read more

Ordered the Fig & Pig pizza. Assumed the kitchen knew how to prepare this. It had it on the menuThe best ingredient was the... fresh arugula. Dedicated miniature figs, and few of them, occasional mystery meat & a tasteless, dry crust. I don’trecommend this restaurant. Read more

We had Christmas dinner (Prime rib) and it was really good. The atmosphere, the staff, the manager and just a quiet and... beautiful setting. The day desk manager, Katherine Riley, suggested we consider it and she was so thoughtful! Great experience -would do this again. Fine food - served just as we like it by caring folks. Read more
