The pizza here is perfect with that slightly charred brick oven crust. Each of the pizza flavors is well curated with some... unique ones like the pesto and pistachio pizza pictured. On top of that, they have a great selection of rotating wines by theglass or bottles and some delicious cocktails. Wow. This place is amazing. We currently live in Italy and were just visiting Tucson. This place gives Italian pizza a run for... their money? I had to come here twice on our trip because the food is that good. Pizzas are amazing, all of them. We had thefennel salad and veggies. Fennel salad was light, refreshing, delicious. My husband couldn?t get over how simple and tasty thenopales and squash were together. We also had the chocolate torte for dessert. AMAZING. Highly recommend this place both foratmosphere and flavor. I love restaurants that focus on excellence, the menu small and simple, the main star of this place that absolutely delicious... pizza (for the record, I?m not a pizza guy) but that Bianca pizza was superb. The ambiance is great, the restaurant itself issmall but well designed from the entry door to the single restroom. Customer service was fantastic. I?ve lived in the area for a few months and didn?t know this place existed until we passed during the dinner rush one night. Our... server, Tommy, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We got the Verde pizza and the salad. Both were so amazing! We didn?t endup ordering drinks but they have wine and beer. Some of the one-star reviews mention the shop ran out of dough. The restaurantmakes the dough fresh daily and they?re open until they run out of dough. Make sure you get here early, it?s worth it! Read more

One of the best pizza?s I?ve ever had. Salad and focaccia were top notch as well however I will come and eat the whole pie of... that chocolate tart! Everything was damn good and tasty!
