I went into redeem my free medium shake for my birthday and they said that they don't do that. I ordered the new prime rib... cheese steak sandwich and it was very tasty but the guy at the counter didn't seem to know what to do when the food came up. Hejust left it laying there in the bin. Not looking for the person waiting for it. And there were only three customers in thestore. And while I sat down to eat, I think it was the young guy at the counter was talking so loudly all the time to no oneexcept his co-workers. This place is the absolute worst. Its worth it to just go to the other location down by Magee. I've been served multiple times... with meat that was sliced incorrectly and it absolutely ruins the taste of the whole sandwich. They overprice all their items,don't honor any coupons and their staff is FULL of complete jerks. I witnessed their MANAGER throwing a milkshake in the trashlike a complete child because I received a birthday coupon for it to be free and they said they wouldn't honor it, which iswhatever because they are an individually owned franchise that can make their own rules and prices, but I'm not going to pay forsomething that I didn't really want in the first place when I thought it would be free. I ordered two roast beef gyros for the tv advertised price if two for six dollars. Instead I received two classic roast beef... sandwiches. I called after got home and complained and was told that the two for six dollars deal did not apply to the gyros. Read more
Food was mediocre, even for Arby's, yet the prices went up?? Bad business practices. However the lobby, bathroom, and register... area was spotless and well taken care of. I would've given them a 1 star but the excellent customer service made a differencebtwn an F and a C. I won't be going to Arby's anymore. Read more

I had the new Diablo sandwich. It is Spicy. for the first time a fast food place puts. out something with some heat. But overall... the sandwich is average. Not a lot of flavor. But that isn't why I tried it. I wanted to see if it had heat. Plus it comes withFree small shake. Read more

Best fast-food in Catalina. The only one that serves fresh food, doesn't take a half hour, the staff is always polite and... efficient. Plus, you know what? They actually make shakes till close! Imagine a restaurant that serves the menu they advertise!The store was also recently redone as well. I'd give it a five, but it is still fast-food. Read more
