Tried the waygu burger. Wasn't anything spectacular. Just a burger. Don't know how they cook it as I see no grillls but dang it... was incredibly hot. So hot the lettuce wilted. Was so very sloppy, too. Read more
Got my son the Classic Beef and Cheddar Combo without red ranch sauce but of course it had it on it! It seems they DO NOT listen... EVER as this happens everytime we go. My son doesn't like confrontation so he just ate it. Wish we had more options out in Rita. Read more
Ate at Arby?s today. It?s been awhile and the quality of the food has changed a lot, at least with the ?Farm Fresh Market... Sandwiches?. The BLT used to be excellent with fresh thick bacon, nice slices of tomato, etc. Now it?s obviously the frozenbacon, overly microwaved into hard crispy junk they piled on to make it as thick as the fresh stuff, I guess. And the one thinslice of tomato was partially unripe. The fries were good, but all things considered (2 sandwiches & fries), not worth the $24 Ipaid. Not going there again? Read more

I don?t normally write reviews here but this time it is special. I was at the Vail location on Thursday. My wife and I are... traveling cross country and after the long first leg from Los Angeles decided to stop in Vail. My wife has a condition when shegets low blood sugar she gets really agitated with me. We both like Arbys so the time was perfect to get some fat, beef, andsugar in her. Upon entering the store one employee noticed her shaky condition and immediately armed an empty register where hetook our order in zero time flat! He was so nice and professional! He quickly got her a cup of ice and delicious Coca Cola,which quenched my wife?s sugar deficiency. When our food was ready he brought it right out to us with such warmth it made usfeel like we were at home in LA! I made it a point to get his name - Adam. Adam was not only so clean and professional he gotthe ire of my wife of many years. Needless to say after being satisfied we found a nearby hotel, ready for our next leg. I've never ever been I'm a Arby?s that takes care of their clients with so much grace and professionalism. I was greeted by the... manager Adam, and he was very attentive. I asked him for extra sauce and without hesitation he took care of it for me. I willonly be coming into this Arby's because of him. The place is clean the service is fast and friendly.
