The cashier working the counter needs to ask the customers who come in to place an order if it?s for here or to go. Not... everyone who comes in to order is here to dine in. By not doing this simple thing at the register causes a domino effect inconfusion with the other employees trying to do the right thing as well as back up the line for those trying to order. My first time ever eating at an Arby's. It was pretty good. The reuben sandwich didn't disappoint and the curly fries were on... point. It probably would've tasted better eating it at the restaurant, but I opted for takeout. Friendly customer service andthe location was very clean. Read more
