Very disappointing customer service. Not only do they not answer the phone during busy hours, which I understand, they no longer... answer the phone at all. Their app charges to substitute cheese types so I go in and order and use up my lunch hour waiting. OrI could call in my order to someone else who does answer the phone and make better use of my time and they lose my business. Read more

I just left today after eating a delicious Turkey Club for lunch, and just wanted to point something out? A giant religious... family came in after church and it seemed like the grandpa started to get very loud and confrontational with the cashierassociate (who was brand new) because they didn?t accept 100 dollar bills. As soon as he escalated the situation, the managercame over and instantly defended her employees in the most respectful manner. She let the family all leave with their chips andtheir cookies, even though they didn?t pay for their meals, and were being extremely rude. This was my first time ever insideof a Baggins and I will be returning and making sure my entire family tries this exact store just because of how professionalthis manager handled the entire situation. Excellent service. They do have a kids menu and even brought two cookies when they knew my kids were splitting one kids meal,... even offered 2 drinks (free!). They were very patient and understanding when my kids spilled drinks all over the floor??????????? we will be back, easy walk from the OV Children's Museum! Read more

Not even 3:30PM & they?re out of white bread. Got pushed by the CSR girl that I should consider salads. I didn?t drive over here... for a salad. Everytime, they?re out of this or that. $17 for this. Food was good but the reception ruined it. We came close to closing but the manager was visibly upset by this. He was cold to us... took the order rushed. I was excited for the spiced tea my favorite. It tasted wrong like the tea was bad I asked the guy ifthey changed the tea he looked up from counting the drawer and scowled and just goes no. I said this tastes really wrong. Hejust kept on counting didn?t even acknowledge me. He brought our food goes here and just gave the same bothering him vibe. Notgoing back. Read more

I really love their food and it's fairly healthy. Lots of different sandwich options and the chocolate chip cookies are to die... for! Would have given five stars but the employees at this location have a habit of rating their own service on your behalfduring checkout and I feel like it's mildly dishonest. They don't do this at other locations so my assumption is they've beentrained by their management to do so.. it makes me uncomfortable. Read more
