The service was not great. The employee taking our order was disinterested in answering my questions. There was a supervisor... standing there, so I directed my question to her & she simply said I don't know without actually trying to find out. 2/3 of ourorders were wrong and the soup was so salty we had to toss it. We came here to pick up some dinner as it was close by to where I was staying. The lady taking our order was nice and we got our... food quickly. I got the jalapeño popper grilled cheese and oh my. DELICIOUS. I unfortunately do not have a location near me inTexas so I will have to learn how to recreate this sandwich. Cream cheese was a great added texture. We also got a cookie and itwas perfect. Crunchy outside with a soft middle and a ton of chocolate chips. Yum! I am beyond upset with this company, I placed an order at 8am for 11:45, first I had to call two times wonder where my order is... was. It finally came at 12:25pm. But that?s not all. My bread was BITE, I did not use third party delivery at all. I had to calla third time spoke with a manager to find out the first two calls where taken by a manager who provided poor service. With thispandemic going on you would think I would get better service especially with food quality. I will no longer visit the locationnor order food especially with the order being $18.75. First time experience was amazing. Had the Sundown Baggins full sandwich. All the flavors were delicious for about $8.50, the... sandwich comes with a complimentary soft cookie. My server Marilyn was very nice and kind. Had a great customer experience withher and this being my first time eating at Baggins. Will definitely return & recommend to fellow friends. Read more

Went with a large workgroup the place was already packed. With everything that was going in it took quite some time to get our... food, that being said they did it to the best of their ability. The customer service was very good considering the fact thatthey had a line with about 50 people standing there waiting to order. They quickly took down all the orders and did what theycould to get it all out as fast and courteous as possible. They did a really good job. Read more
