Was not allowed to redeem loyalty points in the store, despite the fact that the website says as bright as day, "You may redeem... Points during a mobile order or in store." I went to Baggins on Grant. It was my first time ever hearing about Baggins so I decided to try it. And let me tell I will NEVER... go back again. I got the California BLT and a chicken tortilla soup. And let me tell you I was so disappointed.
