I usually don?t leave reviews but this is some terrible service. Initially I ordered a GF chicken salad sandwich with avocado,... in addition to a bowl of tomato soup. The soup was great, however I only received half a sandwich. So I called, letting theperson on duty know. To which they replied shock, because apparently the general manager made my order. Nonetheless they offeredto remake my sandwich and have it delivered to me. Of course I was grateful and excited. I?m pregnant and I?ve been cravingthis sandwich all day, half of one would not cut it. When I got a chance to finally sit and eat my full sandwich, I was sorelydisappointed. What I received was a sandwich sloppily made with the toothpick inside the sandwich, not poked through the top ofthe bread. On top of that, I was given the end piece of bread, which was placed upside down to make the sandwich? like I said,sloppy. I?ve included photos of the original sandwich and then the sloppily made replacement. You can see that in thereplacement sandwich there?s no toothpick hole going through the top, and that?s because someone put it in the meat. I findthis vindictive and worrisome. 5.14.21 - First timer: I ordered Cobb salad in bread bowl via telephone. AMAZING fresh blend of flavors. I have the hardest time... finding a great Cobb salad, and thankfully this one hit the spot! The only con is the bread bowl. I thought I would try myfavorite salad (when made right) with bread when the lady offered. I thought, "sure! Bread and salad can't be bad." Well, thebread was a great disappointment: dry, tasteless, brick of a bowl. However, the salad and even the house dressing were so darngood, I couldn't stop eating it and telling Ole hubby how it was probably the best Cobb salad I've had in months! Read more

I had such a bad experience here at Baggins on Broadway and Craycroft. This was my first time to the restaurant and I was the... only one in line besides another gentleman waiting for a pick up order. I placed my order at 5:30 and didn't receive it until5:54. Other customers came and left (although many were also waiting a long time) with the workers saying anything in the way ofreassurances. I only ordered a Turkey BLT and some soup and a soda. Everything came to $17 which is outrageous for an ordinarylunch after everything. The food was fine but nowhere worth the 9+ for a regular sandwich. I am very dismayed at with my dinningexperience overall this day. Especially with so many other food venues available in the area. Picture shows half the sandwich. Read more

4:15 pm, few customers and the meatball sandwich was cold. Returned it asking to heat it up again and they made me a new... meatball sandwich. This time it was warm on the out side but once again cold meat on the inside. Not impressed and in the trashit went. Read more
