Had lunch here with a co-worker. He recommended the cowboy and I added provolone cheese. The sandwich was very tasty and the... service was very friendly. 4 stars due to the sandwich was made sloppy. The Manager was very unprofessional by reprimanding the cashier right as she was taking my order. The cashier was very... embarrassed and got very flustered while taking the rest of my order. This location is always very slow in getting your orderout as well. Just about everything is wrong with this location. Maybe this place gets hit too hard too often that management can't keep up on... organization here, but I am gonna avoid this location going forward. I'll give 2 starts just because the food is normally good. But the EXPERIENCE was awful. Group of coworkers going to lunch. We... ordered ahead of time ONLINE so our food would be ready when we got there. We arrive. Half the party's online orders aremissing. They had my order in their system and it still took them 30min AFTER I checked in and two reminders to get my food. Nowwe're out of time and all head back to the office to eat at our desks. I ordered a BBQ chicken salad with extra dressing. Ittook 30min to get my food and somehow my salad had NO DRESSING and two bite size pieces of BBQ chicken (no exaggeration).
