This Baskin Robbins is probably the worst in all Tucson. They never have the ice cream you ask for, give you the wrong order,... and the workers don't know how to follow the order you ask for. Really bad, they should just close that place down or traintheir staff better Read more
4th time with in a 6 month period that they out of cherry jubilee flavor ice cream, making me think ????, if that flavor is... constantly running out why not buy and extra every time they restock. Read more
Honestly worse service ! Waited to order 15 min keep in mind there was no customers ! Ordered a Mint shake got an All Milk shake... (disappointed) And to pay waited another 10 min wow I could have just walked out with my so called Mint shake. Read more
Lobby closes at 9, despite what Google says. Drive thru is open until 10 but there is no list of ice cream flavors. GOOD LUCK!

I?ve tried 3 times now and they never have the ingredients to make a simple ice cream sundae. Hot fudge, almonds, and whip... cream. How hard can it be to keep those three things stocked? Never fails with this place, every time we go through the drive thru they tell us they don?t have the ice cream we request. The... excuse they gave us this time was that ?Baskin Robbin was down because they had to defrost ALL the freezers? and as we drove offwe saw a couple getting ice cream.
