Tonight was my first time trying Blackjack pizza. I was very pleased with my experience. The young man that answered the phone... for my call in order was very patient and helpful as I had a lot of questions since I'd never ordered with them before. Nowadayspeople are so impatient and rude so I like to take the time to recognize nice people. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a Pepperoniand half mushroom both medium. The pizza was delicious! Working in the food business for 20 years handle cash daily was at laundry matt next door the cash machine wouldn't take my ten... cuz it was from 1990 me inknew it wasn't fake so I went to ask for 2 5s thinking they would he able to help. Like I do whenpeople come to my establishment for change he told me no if the machine didn't take it he won't. Me being in the food business20 years knows what fake money looks like told.him there are threads there are ridges and a strip its real he refused. Say they deliver when they don?t, then serve you raw pizza dough. Ordered online for delivery, 15 mins past our scheduled... delivery time we wonder where our order is and call to check. Come to find out they aren?t doing deliveries for the day.. Okfine we are hungry and waited this long so we make the drive up there to pick our food up. Get home and (finally) ready to eat,take a bite to find pizza dough raw and undercooked. How does this even happen. At this point we are so upset we drive pizzaback to the restaurant for refund. Explained what happened, they took the pizza, tossed it in the trash can, and handed us areceipt for a refund. Didn?t say a single word. Customer service at its finest. Read more

Being a restaurant worker, I have never left a bad review for a restaurant online, but this order merits my first. After waiting... an hour and a half for our food, we received a frozen cardboard pizza, ?garlic bread? that is just plain pizza dough withabsolutely no seasoning, and a salad with 4 pieces of lettuce and 1lb of toppings. I waited 20 minutes inside the store while my finished pizza was sitting outside the oven belt. I brought it to their attention... and they apologized and said they'd give me a discount. Come to find they only gave me my $2 tip back ( which I paid uponarrival). We told them that the pizza was raw and thin and we ordered a thick pan Square. They offered a $10 discount the nexttime we come but i don't think we'll be back.Pizza maker was not wearing gloves either. Read more

We just ate the best pizzas we've had in a long time! Ordered one square pan "Good Deal" and one x-large hand tossed "Natural."... The crust was perfect on both! Crispy and crunchy on the bottom of the square pan, and light but crunchy on the hand-tossed. Andthey were chock-full of toppings (no skimping) and sauce and cheese. Really enjoyed it. This used to be our favorite place when it was at the old location. This place is now a disaster. Customer service is horrible,... wait times are outrageous and there is no longer any quality control over what they send out of the kitchen. Our last order wasfor a single Large Jackpot pizza, A kind of everything pizza with green and black olives. Due to an allergy we requested NOGreen Peppers, and to add feta cheese. The $30 pizza (that was $40 after tax, delivery charges and tip) was 1) covered in greenpeppers 2) no feta to be found & 3) without green or black olives. Are you kidding me?? Called the store immediately andexplained what we received - no apology. Told a new one would be made and sent out. When I asked how long, 45 min. We?d waitedan hour for this one. I asked what they were going to do to make up for this and he processed to tell me we were getting a?free? pizza and we could eat the wrong one! I explained AGAIN that no we could not due to an allergy and they could have itback. He said to just trash it and when I again asked how they were going to make up for their error he said ?fine, 20% off? andhung up. He lied. My card was never credited and they charged the full $40.
