If I could give no stars I would. Me and my husband decided to try Blake's lottaburger today on Valencia. Our order was repeated... to us 2 times and both times it was correct. When we got our food it was incorrectly made and we were missing 2 of oursandwhiches. The sodas were flat and tasted horrible. Now I know why they don't have a line like other surrounding businesses. Ispent 15 minutes in line thinking they were taking the time to make our food correctly only to have to come home and bedisappointed. I went back gave them their food back and got a refund. Never will I ever eat at this place again. We will nevereat here again we took our 66 dollars and went to whataburger which was much cheaper. I also seen another comment on here abouta customer with mustard on his burger and how the manager took it back and scrapped it off. Well being that I am serv safecertified, I know that she did wrong by doing what she did, that cross contamination, she should have had the burger remade.What an unsanitary situation. Rude manager Myrna!!!The burger was originally good until I tasted mustard, so I kindly asked for a new one, they came back with... the same bitten, now cold patty with hardly no cheese anymore tons of Lettuce, a couple small slivers of onions, and less than atable spoon of hatch chili, the bun was dry and cold and I could not even eat it, so when I asked about the remake, she saidthey remade it, I said no it was the same bitten patty and now was cold, with the mustard scrapped somewhat off, she said "ohh!!that's how we do it here, and she didn't care how others do it, but yes they reuse your old patty," I just apologized and toldher to have a nice day. I will never go here again. I feel extremely sad for the super nice employees there to have her as amanager. She can do better. Read more
I finally went here last Friday in the drive thru and I was pleasantly surprised!!! Everything was fresh and tasted good. I got... the simple burger and added cheese and grilled onions (I forgot how they call it) and I got a side of onion rings. I willdefinitely be back soon!!! Read more
Love Blake's! I went to college at the UNM in Albuquerque and live in Phoenix now. So unfortunately, I don't get Blake's often... unless I visit Tucson. Pictured is a New Mexico style (topped with hatch green chili) Lotaburger and a cherry shake. Soooo good!If you've never eaten it, it puts in n' out to shame. Read more
I was pleasantly surprised with Lotaburger; coincidentally, tastes a lot like Whataburger lol.... I can definitely say their... food tasted fresher and HOTTER, at least compared to my most recent visits to the other place, so extra points for that forsure! Everything was tasty, price is decent and a bit lower for better food than most of those BIG CHAIN fast food places. I wasfull and definitely satisfied and I will be visiting again ???? Read more
I usually love Blake's but today I was disappointed. This is the small fry I got with meal. None left in bag, this is it bfor... eating. They were also limp and cool. I asked an employee what happened and he said they were busy. Guess I was lucky burger hadmeat on it ???? Read more
This was my first trip to this location. Or to a Lotaburger in general. My first of many I'm sure! I have lived in Tucson for a... couple of years now and have driven past this place many times. But the next time I'm ready for a delicious Burger this is whereI'm going! Way better than in and out which is what everyone seems to Rave about out here. This location was super clean andsuper friendly! The burgers were awesome and were complemented by the fries and the onion rings! I would say the onion ringsactually stole the show! If you're in the area looking for a great burger meal at a decent price this is where you go. Read more
I will never go again. Tried the 6pc buffalo chicken bites and fries. I got 6 tiny pieces of chicken and the fries were vrty... hard. It's almost like they were barely fried. Read more
