I am a big fan of bruggers. I usually go to the Broadway and Alvernon location. They are 5 stars over there. This location... however just doesn't care. The employees don't mind chatting among themselves for 3-5 minutes before handing you your order. Itwas rediculous to watch. Read more
Really slow customer service. Store was empty and dead. The kid helping us was really slow and took almost 30 minutes for 2... bagels and 2 smoothies. This seems to be the new spot for junkies to hang out at. Some came in the store and it took the managerway too long to kick them out. The bagels and smoothies are really good but I wasn't expecting it to take almost a half hour fora quick order in a dead store. They didn't seem to care that they were taking forever. They got the drink wrong but it took thatlong to get it the first time, I didn't want to wait an hour for a correction. Read more
We ordered breakfast sandwiches that were good, However, their service could have been extremely better. First, the young lady... that helped us was too intent on helping her friends behind us that she totally forgot to include our breakfast sandwiches inour bag, and told us they don't let us pick our dozen bagels. Stopped for a quick breakfast on the way out of town. We ordered: Blueberry w/cream cheese Asiago Parmesan w/cream cheese Plain... w/ an egg and Swiss Plain w/ and egg and cheddar Smokehouse Brisket w/egg &cheddar on a Plain bagel First of all, everything wasdelicious. Bagels are made fresh in house and were perfection. Even our picky kids were happy with breakfast. Portions aregenerous, one sandwich was almost too much to eat, but they were too good to not finish. Service was FAST. In and out in lessthan 10 minutes. I will be looking for more of these. If we lived in Tucson, I would eat here everyday. Read more
I didn't really care for the bagel. It was too toasted and didn't have much of a taste. The twice baked potato was terrible and... the pumpkin hot chocolate was even worse. Not sure if I'll return. Read more
