Absolutely love Bruggers bagels. I go weekly to get a bagel bundle for my family. The last 3 times have not been a good... experience at this location. I have gone 3-4 hours before closing (HOURS before closing) and I?m told (twice now) most recent on 9-17 the baker went home and we can?t make anymore bagels so you need to choose from one of the 6 types we have available.WHAT??? Terrible management! The manager seems to always be gone and whenever asked for, the workers must go out front claiming she is... in her car. Work environment seems very unhappy and the food was not prepared well (undercooked and cold). Read more
