Absolutely love Bruggers bagels. I go weekly to get a bagel bundle for my family. The last 3 times have not been a good... experience at this location. I have gone 3-4 hours before closing (HOURS before closing) and I?m told (twice now) most recent on 9-17 the baker went home and we can?t make anymore bagels so you need to choose from one of the 6 types we have available.WHAT??? I walked out AGAIN empty handed. Not a good way to run a business! I get things happen, but 3x In less than 2 months isabsolutely ridiculous! Read more
Terrible management! The manager seems to always be gone and whenever asked for, the workers must go out front claiming she is... in her car. Work environment seems very unhappy and the food was not prepared well (undercooked and cold). Read more
So went in this morning 9:30 And 7 to 8 ppl working and out of a lot of bagels hash brown bagels, green chili and cheddar,... cheese , jalapeño cheese , Rosemary and there are a few others are completely out ! They should of had back up for busymorning customers ! Need a better management at this store seriously ! One guy in the back and not getting help to produce more! I work in a restaurant so I never really write reviews because I can understand. But one morning I ordered 2 sandwiches and my... girlfriend was supposed to pick up the order on her way to my house. She ended up waiting at the register for 10 minutes to pickup the order, but no one was there to help her. Apparently everyone was in the back or on the line. I also put the order in 20mins prior to her arriving to the shop. After she got done waiting and someone attended her, she had to wait another 5 minutesbecause they didn?t even start the order. The bagels, and sandwich are great. Quality product. I?ve been to this location multiple times now and am greeted every time by... the same rude, sarcastic employee. He acts as though he is somehow smarter than you, and acts as if everything you say should bescrutinized. I?m sorry, but if you hate your job at Bruegger?s, go find another job but don?t take it out on the customers. Read more
