I was one car behind the car in front of me and I waited over 20 minutes for someone to take my order. There were over 6 cars... waiting behind me and people yelling out their windows. Stopped yesterday morning for a hamburger. Evidently the cook was in a BAD mood. The customer in front of me asked the have the... last of 5 sandwiches be made with no mayo. The cook yelled ? It is what it it and it?s gonna have mayo!? She then yelled ? I?mgonna stop cooking! ?. We left without ordering. Not sure what her problem was but she should be fired. Read more

Worst customer service ever and not just due to today!! Today though they Forgot part of my order and I didn't realize it till I... got home, went straight back up there, Brendan told the cook in the back and instead of remaking it fresh they gave me food thatwas sitting on the shelf for about 20 minutes that they forgot to put in my bag. I like Burger King alot and we eat there now and then. We've pretty much always had great service with them both inside and... drive thru, which is great! It's a very good feeling, if you go somewhere, shopping or dining and have polite, cheerful peoplethat help you. It makes your day that much brighter. If you are treated with kindness and smiles, it's rather infectious andhard to resist returning the sentiment as well. Try it and see if it doesn't work for you, but be sincere. ???? Read more
Once again I'm never going back to this location. I got sick when I ate here about a half year ago. There is lots of old food... and trash stuck to the wall and the driveway just outside the drive thru window. Then they gave me cold hash browns forbreakfast and there was absolutely no one dining in or at drive thru I was the only fool there. For your health and safety Irecommend not eating here ever and health department should be dispatched. Read more
