Great service - kid working the register was a cute, young, tall Hispanic kid with piercings (I'm giving his description in... hopes he gets the kudos he deserves, I've included a picture of my receipt if that helps) was very polite and didn't act like itwas some big hassle that I wanted to add a shake or order the burger without certain things like at a lot of otherlocations. However, unlike most locations that have ahh-mazing fountain drink selections, this location's was pretty weak... Noflavor add-ins and a very small drink selection in general. A little disappointing considering that is major reason why I chooseBurger King in general. Poor Service And Customer Service Especially... My Wife Goes And As She Returns Home, The Bacon King She Ordered No Cheese Come... With No Cheese And No Bacon... Like How Do You Not Understand Just No Cheese? Even Worse She Drives Back, And Have The Nerve ToGive Attitude And Ask For The Burger Back Instead Of Making A New One... First things first I'm a truck driver oh, I go all over the country. Second, I got to my hotel room at 7 in the evening and... walked across the parking lot Burger King because it smelled fire. I don't even smoke pot and I was drooling over that smell.Third I walk over there and stumble upon a page of coupons so I get a coupon $4 for two small fries and two Whopper juniors. Ibuy said two Whopper Juniors and small fries with the coupon and while I'm eating them I'm thinking why the f is this so good.The prize or fresh extremely hot perfectly over-salted in the Whopper juniors usually it every other Burger King or just kind ofa kid Burger these are good they're dank. I'm not from Tucson but if I come back to Tucson I'm going to eat at this Burger Kingand it better by God be as good as it was tonight. Five stars Read more
I don't go to Burger King often these days, but I ended up working late, so I stopped on my way home. The Big Fish is usually... decent. I guess I should have known better than to order one after 9pm. I didn't expect anything spectacular, but I also didn'texpect a dried our fish hockey puck. This is the flattest, driest fish patty I have ever had (pictures included). I know it waslate and I was in the drive-thru, but I would have been willing to wait for a fresh one, and would have been willing to park towait for it. I ended up eating about three bites then gave up, took the fish out and ate everything else instead. Lesson learnedI guess. Read more
If there is one thing i would recommend BK do better is the "flame grilling" of the burger patties. I wanna taste a little... heat/char. Not to mention this is supposed to be one of their selling points. But alas, BK is a far cry from what they used tobe. Other than that, service was good and this location is very clean. Went to the drive thru at 1115am and service was pretty slow although the place was not very busy. Ordered two King Bacon Jr.... sandwiches but they were nothing like the pictures. They actually didn't even use a correct bun. They just cut in half thehoagie bun they use for one of their chicken sandwiches. It looked pretty pathetic to be honest and comical. Went for a simple whopper jr. w only lettuce and cheese. Got a normal one w/out cheese. So when I was done fixing it I had meat... and buns, and my chicken fries are clearly old and dry(over cooked). They do NOT care. Read more
